DLF announces dates for Moving & Handling People North 2017

DLF is delighted to announce that we will be returning to Newcastle Racecourse for our 2017 learning event. 2016 saw our first Moving & Handling People North event get off to a strong start. Offering an alternative to our long-standing London event for delegates in the north of England and Scotland, the programme followed the same practical hands-on approach to workshops and seminars with leading practitioners providing the latest thinking and practical insights. The Open Forum caused some lively debate around recent cases encountered by delegates.

Leading ramp and access solutions manufacturer to support brand new M&HP workshop

Enable Access will be supporting the brand new ‘Assisting People using Wheelchairs’ workshop at the Moving and Handling 2016 conference. The Hatfield-based company will bring along a range of portable and threshold ramps to mimic kerbs and inclines that wheelchair users and their carers would typically face.
